Each month, we celebrate a member of our TJM staff. July’s Spotlight Employee is sales associate Anthony Caruso!

What do you do at TJM and how long have you worked here?  

Sales Associate for wristbands and lanyards. Been with TJM almost 4 years

What’s your favorite aspect of your job?

Knowing that I have helped make customers happy with their custom made orders

What’s the work you’ve done that you’re most proud of?   

When I received an email recognition from a customer that I went over and beyond his expectation from not only the company, but me as well.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?  

Love watching and attending sporting events  (baseball, football, hockey) and singing karaoke.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?

“My Way,” Frank Sinatra.

Tell us a little about your family.  

My mom just beat cancer. I have one brother who still lives in New York.

What do you like most about living in central Florida? 

I met my future wife, I like the weather, especially when we get cooler temps in the winter, and living close to a lot of the attractions.

What do you like best about working for TJM? 

The great teams we have, I like what I do, no 2 days are the same, learning more about the different products we sell, and the fun that we have.

Any exciting things planned in the future?  

Planning a wedding for next year

Anything else you’d like to tell the world about? 

Several months ago, I met the most amazing and loving woman a guy could ever ask for. We went to the same high school but didn’t know each other back then. But now fate has brought us together, and we are building a great future together
