Nancy Switzer celebrates the horse with art

At TJM, we love to support the arts, especially our customers in the arts community. Our Customer Spotlight this month shines on celebrated artist Nancy Switzer.
Switzer is known throughout the equine community for her apparel designs featuring horses, which she sells online and at major horse shows around the United States. When she recently relocated to Florida’s Horse Capital of the World, it was only natural that she would seek a local company to produce her designs.
“I recently moved to the Ocala area from Texas and needed to find a company that produces outstanding screen print and embroidery,” she said. “TJM surpassed my expectations.”
She had purchased from other suppliers while in Texas. A Google search led her to TJM. A conversation with Matt Fischer, our Director of Client Relations and Justin MacDonald, our VP of Sales and Marketing sealed the deal.
“Meeting with Justin and Matt, I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at TJM,” she said. “Product quality, delivery time and price -- ALL of these could not be better.”
Switzer’s customers have embraced her artwork on multiple items. They appreciate both the art and the quality of the products, she said.
“My customers LOVE the incredible quality provided by TJM. They know quality when they see it.”
Switzer has become one of our most valued customers, Fischer said.
“Nancy is fantastic. She has been doing so many orders and stopping by the office to pick up and drop off so much I jokingly tell her I am going to set her up with some office space here at TJM,” he said. “She does contract printing and embroidery through us and she is so organized. Always has an exact breakdown of the sizes and colors she is dropping off as well as specific notes regarding her artwork. She makes the process easy.”
When we asked how we could serve our customers better, Switzer replied, “Just keep up your focus on exceptional quality. Can’t ask for a better staff and company to work with.”
