Customer Spotlight: The Wheel and Tire Guy

 Chris Sanchez-Ortiz is committed to service. You could say that’s just how he rolls.

The owner/operator of The Wheel and Tire Guy has been serving the Ocala community since 2014, providing OEM and custom wheels and tires to drivers of all kinds of vehicles. The business also does vehicle detailing, headlight restorations and other services as well.

When it came time to order custom apparel, Chris turned to TJM Promos. While there were some color-related issues with that first order, we worked with Chris and successfully resolved those in a timely fashion.

Thanks to that successful order, Chris has continued to order from us, including keychains he formerly had made elsewhere. The response from his customers has been “great,” he said.

Chris is a man of few words. He’s busy serving customers throughout the Ocala area. But he tells us he’s a fan of TJM and our work, and will continue to order from us.
