Today is National Boss’s Day, and we just wanted to take a minute to call out our General Manager Justin Macdonald! Justin consistently goes above and beyond as a manager, and he is always willing to help out whenever and wherever. Even though we joke around a lot here at TJM, we really couldn’t ask for a better boss around the office. Here’s what some of our team members had to say about him, (sincerely or otherwise):
“Justin has been a motivating force during my time at TJM Promos. His unwavering work ethic, his attentiveness with customers, and his professionalism are all examples of what I try to strive for in my daily life.”
“Just wanted to say Thank You! You really are the best boss to work for. You are always around (somewhere, ha ha) when we need help. You are awesome and we all appreciate you very much!”
“Happy Bosses Day JT. Â There doesn’t need to be a holiday for me to pretend that I respect you.”
“Justin has so much confidence in this company and in me which has helped me build my own confidence to be the best sales associate and graphic artist I can be. Â He is exactly the kind of person this company needs as a General Manager.”
“Even though Justin knows I’m a coffee lover, yet has never offered me an espresso from his office machine, I still consider him a good guy.”
“Thanks for converting our mistakes into lessons, pressure into productivity and skills into strengths. You really know how to bring out the best in us. As our boss, you are highly motivational. As a human being, you are truly goofy and we love that about you. Thanks. (Also, your fear of things sticky brightens my day regularly.)”
So there you have it! Again, we couldn’t ask for a better boss than Justin. We’d be remiss, however, if we didn’t share at least ONE image with or without his permission. Sorry/not sorry! (This image is an accurate representation of how he looks at us when we make yet another Justin meme.)
